Short-Term Rehabilitation
The nursing staff at The Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood is classified as “Care Colleagues.” Yes, we provide the qualified, skilled, multidisciplinary care that you may need, but the care goes well beyond that. Strong relationships are built when a person receives consistent care, from nursing services to meal serving and everyday tasks, such as cleaning and grooming.
We strive to maintain guest to staff ratios that maximize individualized attention and skilled nursing and therapy services to enable our guests to meet their rehabilitative goals. This level of personal involvement is beneficial to both the CNA and the guest. We are proud to say that the longevity of multiple staff averages a total of 14 years.
