Mark has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator for over 20 years. Prior to becoming an administrator, Mark was the Western States Director of Food Services for one of the largest nursing home and assisted living companies in the country. Mark currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Colorado Health Care Association, and a past Board member of the Colorado Culture Change Coalition. Mark holds a Bachelors degree in Organizational Management and has formal culinary arts training from Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. Mark has been a frequent speaker to many groups such as the American Health Care Association, the Colorado Health Care Association, the Colorado Dietary Manager’s Association and the Colorado Culture Change Coalition. His speaking topics have varied from culinary systems in long term care to operations management and culture change practices.
