Over the course of his career, Ian has left a lasting mark on every community he’s been associated with. He began his career as an Administrator in 2002 and in 2013, Ian transitioned to Regional Director of Operations for a prominent senior living company. Since then, Ian has served in a pivotal role in the establishment of a state-of-the-art Skilled Nursing Facility in Farmington, NM, was a steadfast leader amidst the challenges of the COVID pandemic and provided successful oversight of multiple skilled communities across various states.

Ian’s commitment to delivering exceptional care and enhancing the overall well-being of residents is the driving force behind his work. He leads his team with an understanding that hospitality is unconditional, and every resident deserves exemplary service regardless of how challenging the circumstances may be.

On a more personal note, Ian and his wife Andrea have been married for 24 years. Together they have three children – Kayla, Tyler, and Aiden. Beyond his professional and family duties, Ian is enjoying the outdoors, with fly fishing being his greatest passion!
