The full-service nursing staff at The Rehabilitation Center at Sandalwood do their best to make the residence feel like home, and have a very strong focus on resident-centered care.
At Sandalwood, we give our long-term care residents the necessary nursing care to maximize their potential to attain and maintain physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. To achieve our residents’ goals and keep them as comfortable as possible, we employ a comprehensive team of professionals who work around-the-clock to handle medical issues that arise.
We are proud to say that we strive to maintain resident to staff ratios that maximize skilled nursing services to meet our residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial needs. This allows our staff to give individualized attention to every long-term care resident. This level of personal involvement is beneficial to both the staff member and the resident. In fact, we have many CNAs who have been with Sandalwood for over 10 years, and one who has called Sandalwood her home away from home for over 27 years.
