The Residences at Sandalwood has served generations of families in the Wheat Ridge area for more than four decades. Once titled, “The Oldest Long Term Care Community in Jefferson County”, we are now the newest with over a Million dollars in updates and additions.
Sandalwood’s new Activity Center is equipped with stainless steal appliances and wheelchair height counter tops. Our residents love using the space for flower arranging, cooking for their “Dinner Club” or challenging each other to Wii Bowling. Our Residents are also utilizing the computer for emailing family and friends, playing online poker or looking at pictures of their grandchildren.
Our Residences at Sandalwood offers 24 private rooms and 25 semi-private rooms. Guests will notice new lighting, environmentally sound windows, new vanities and mirrors in all the bathrooms. We encourage all new residents to bring things from home to make their rooms feel cozy and intimate. Rooms do come with complimentary cable and equipped with telephone hook ups.
